They are suppliers of quality fish through out the West Country.
They have been trading since 1992, and they have been listed in the Guardian Ultimate Guide to Britain's finest independent shops.
They personally buy all their sea fish early each and every morning from Brixham Fish Market, arguably the best fish market in the UK.
Because they buy from the smaller day boats which returns daily to Brixham, this ensure the quality of the fish that they buy.
It also keeps the food miles to a minimum whenever possible.
They have a policy of buying line caught and sustainable local fish thats why we at Field to Fork Catering buy from them.
